Hi, I’m Jenny — and I believe that life doesn’t have to be so hard.
Eighteen years ago, I was in constant pain, battling chronic anxiety, and completely overwhelmed trying to juggle motherhood, work, and everyday stress.
After years of searching the medical system for answers, I found myself at a breaking point — physically and emotionally. That’s when I began exploring a new path, one rooted in natural healing and self-empowerment.
Since then, I’ve spent nearly two decades researching, training, and refining a toolbox of powerful techniques that helped me completely transform my health, mindset, and life. What began as my own personal healing journey became a professional mission: to help others reclaim their wellbeing naturally — without endless appointments, medication, or confusion.
I work with people who are struggling with:

Before shifting into the world of healing and wellness, I spent 15 years in marketing — and know first-hand the toll that modern life and high stress can take on the body and mind. After retraining, I spent nearly a decade supporting elite performers — actors, musicians, singers, and dancers — at the Rennes Conservatoire, Rennes Opera, and the Brittany Orchestra, helping them overcome anxiety, pain, and stage fright.
When the COVID-19 pandemic upended my in-person practice, I responded by going online — and reaching even more people globally. My Living Pain-Free & Calm online summits have brought together thousands of people and wellness experts from around the world to explore real, effective solutions for living with ease.
